Small-batch honey from the Kennet Valley, Wiltshire
We're Graham and Karen Hartshorn, a husband-and-wife team keeping bees on our hilltop apiary in the Kennet Valley. Everything we do is small-scale, seasonal, and local — from hive to jar, nothing is rushed.
Our bees forage across wildflower meadows, hedgerows, and orchards throughout Wiltshire, giving each batch of honey its own character. We believe the best honey comes from patient bees and patient people.
Each jar reflects the flowers our bees foraged that season. Flavours change with the landscape.
Light, floral honey from spring blossom. Delicate and fragrant.
Sweet honey with a gentle kick. Perfect on cheese or in marinades.
Delicate cinnamon notes in raw honey. Wonderful on porridge or in baking.
Creamy, spreadable honey with a smooth, velvety texture.
Our earliest harvest of the year, light and full of wildflower character.
Warm, earthy spices blended into golden honey. Great stirred into hot drinks.
Poured by hand from our own beeswax. Clean-burning with a natural honey scent.
Moisturising lip balm made with our beeswax and a touch of honey.
Our hives sit on a hilltop overlooking the Kennet Valley, where our bees forage across miles of Wiltshire countryside.
We sell at local markets across Wiltshire. Come say hello and taste the difference small-scale honey makes.
